Finding My Way Back, Every Single Day

Aug 27, 2025

A few months ago, I shared how I’d lost sight of my own worth. How I was running on empty, giving from a place that was already bone-dry.

Now, here’s the beautiful part; I’m finding my way back. Not in a perfect, Instagram-ready “after” picture. But in the quiet, steady rhythm of showing up for myself.

These days, I carve out mornings for me. A walk before the world wakes up. Breathing deep in the fresh air. Choosing water over coffee (most days). Letting my phone stay asleep for just a little longer.

And I’ve noticed something.

The fog that used to cloud my thoughts? It’s lifting. My skin is clearing. My shoulders aren’t so tight. And the quick spark of anger that used to flare at the smallest things? It’s been replaced with something softer - joy, contentment, even laughter.

It’s not perfect. Some days I skip the walk. Some days I eat the chocolate before breakfast. Some days I still feel small. But here’s what’s different now: I come back to myself faster. I know I’m worth the time it takes. I know I’m worth the love I give myself.

This is a daily choice.

A daily remembering.

Because worth isn’t something you “find” once and keep forever - it’s something you nurture, protect, and feed every single day.

If you’re ready to start (or restart) your own remembering, I’d love to share the tool that helped me take those first gentle steps - my Soul Worth guided meditation.

It’s just ten minutes, but it has the power to shift your entire day.

To remind you that even on the messy, unshowered, bad-hair days - you are enough.
